 I flew to Montreal to hitchhike to the West… I was in a deep crisis, I just finished my engineering degree…  My whole life I did want to become an engineer… My family and my teachers thought that this was impossible for me.., I sacrificed my health, my time for just a stupid degree… And when I got my degree I knew that I had more lost than won…  So, I hitchhiked over 3000 Km from Montreal to Vancouver and got criticized for how I dealt with other people…  That I should rather more hear than to speak,  to compliment the people who picked me up…  At the end of the day, I knew that I was wrong and that I should do Self-experience groups…  Then I had the idea to go to Vancouver Island to trek 8 days through the rain forest without any suitable equipment, no trekking shoes, and a very cheap tent…  I went by ferry to the island, camped at the first campground…  Then a 34-year-old girl, Heidi invited me to go with her the trail…  I was only 24...

 What will never work? Drugs, and to be afraid of your negativity.  Both make it easy for your ego to remain negative. Instead to confront your negativity.  Why got you depressed? 1. You have suppressed your negative emotions. That produces your negative thoughts. 2. Or you didn’t take the risk and you have chosen to stay safe… And then your soul is punishing you with your negativity. 3. Or you took the risk, but lost… And instead, to go up immediately and start new, you remained in your negativity and suppressed your negative feelings.  Solution: 1. Go deep into your negativity and make fun out of your negativity…  2. Make brainstorming, write down your negativity… 3. Go deep in your negativity and feel the emotions that have caused the depression. 4. Breath deep in your feelings and when breathing out you release the negative emotions… Make this for 10 to 20minutes.  5. Make a worry list… prioritize them and then find the solutions for every worry/fear…...

 Or why people don't like to help in an accident... There was a study ( published: Psychology Today) if the first 3 people who arrive at a car accident and don't help the accident victim/victims;  for the next people it will be more difficult to help, because of the group pressure not to help. If more than 20 people are looking and not helping, it will be very difficult to help....this means the only looking people will even abuse or hindrance the helper... The philosopher Earl Nightingale said it simple... If there are two groups, a big group and a very small group going in opposite directions, and we always chose to follow the small group in our life, we will make rather no mistake in our whole life... This means, most of the time the mass is always wrong... For instance, I went trekking in Nepal; in the night I entered the hotel restaurant.... and the porters/ mountain guides were smoking, and the tourists were sitting on a fare most distance table and not smoking...
