The best Vision exercises

 


Relax your eye muscles with this exercise.
Look, at one point far distance.

And turn your head left and right and keep focusing your eyes on that point… 
And look that you turn your head without going up and down.

Then focus on one point and move up down with your head without going towards the left or right.

Lay your neck on a tennis ball so that the tennis ball touches the gap between the neck and head at the back… move slowly your head… 
Under the tennis ball, you put a towel, so that the tennis ball doesn’t move out of position. 

Then move a visit card closer and fare to your eyes and turn your head in different angles so that you train also that. 
If your vision for both eyes is different then do it with one eye and cover the other with your hand without touching your eye. Do this for both eyes and one time with both eyes together.

Look at a written line that you can read clearly and move away until you can’t read it, then move until you can read it…
Do this again and again and until you can see it clearly even farther away…

Then you turn your head left or right, up, down look when you see it more clearly.

If your vision for both eyes is different then do it with one eye and cover the other with your hand without touching your eye. Do this for both eyes and one time with both eyes together.

Do this exercise for 5 to 10 minutes, so that your eyes don’t get strained. 


You can choose to do the exercises with good light and poor light. If your vision is bad for poor light, then do the exercise with not good light.
Or do the exercise with good lighting and poor lighting.
