The unreliability of Western Medicine for longevity

 


I get bombarded again and again with wonder supplements, methods… 

And most are not tested in the long term or even have any reliability…

For instance NAC & Glutathione…
The great antioxidant?
And today we know we need also Oxidants… 
We should balance both Antioxidants and Oxidants...
And the researches on NAC and Glutathione are not sufficient or even totally insufficient in the short and long term…

The Fish oil and Omega Alpha Oil supplements can’t be digested!
Eat 3 spoonfuls of flaxseed to get enough Omega Alpha Oil for the brain…

Then this stupidness to recommend Olive virgin oil...
Every unsaturated fatty acid, which is mainly Olive Oil will be transformed in our body into the most dangerous Aldehyde, and even worse more than 80g of any oil or fat will increase our chances of dementia 5 times…

Or this American Billionaire with his colored hair and unhealthy looking is selling his longevity drug, that he had created out of 100 different medicaments… 

The Nobel prize winner for creating the formula of Viagra that kills so many men!

We should do vigorous exercise, what does not kill us but makes us stronger when we age? 
What happens if we continuously do our exercises on the treadmill or swim… when we age… Looks much smarter. And even we don’t risk to die!

My hair is still dark brown and full at the age of 65 years… 
And I am totally fit, healthy and hard to beat in the sport… 
Maybe I am wrong, not to take so many drugs!

I take Creatine, Taurine, Maca, Tongkat Ali, Jio GU LAN, and Panax Ginseng, When I go to bed, I take Magnesium, which prevents heart attack and heart arrest when sleeping. 

This food, I take to get the Minerals for my body.
3 Brazil nuts, selenium for stronger immune system
50g Wake me dried Seaweed
10g Moringa
20g dark cocoa powder
10g bamboo leaves, tea, for silica to build stronger bones.

3 Times/day probiotics as fermented vegetables, fruits, and Coconut yogurt.

Fermented soy beans - Natto for bones, autophagy, and longevity.
I eat only raw food, no meat… 

I do interval training on the treadmill for the cardiovascular system…
And other workouts. 

During my workouts, I do the ice bath-plunge for 2 minutes to feel good. 

4 times/week infrared sauna blanket with icebath-plunge awesome for the cardiovascular system and to feel good… 

If you research all these so-called alternative doctors for teeth health…
They are so damn wrong… 
There is only one scientific formula with Xylitol and Sodium Fluoride that builds up a healthy mouth bio-top and kills all plaque bacteria and other unhealthy bacteria in our mouth. Even it rebuilds the tooth so you get rid of cavities without doing a filling!
