Every fear tells us that we are not objective.

Everything has two poles, and both have the same size.
AND WE MUST ALWAYS SEE BOTH SIDES!

When we want something positive, we imagine it as positive—we have an infatuation.
We create positive fantasies in our consciousness and push everything that contradicts our fantasy into our subconscious.

For instance, we have a fear of loss.
If we imagine a very positive outcome, we push our doubts into our subconsciousness or suppress our negative emotions, like fear.

When we love, we push our jealousy, hate, fear of loss, and anger into our subconsciousness—otherwise, we could not idealize and love our darling.
What supports our fantasy is greater than our challenge.

When we fear something, we create nightmares and resentments in our consciousness.
We create a negative outcome in our consciousness and have pushed all doubts about a positive outcome into our subconsciousness.
If we resent somebody, we are anxious about a positive outcome or gain.
In this case, the challenge is greater than our support.

We have two different fears: the fear of loss and the fear of gain—by avoiding the situation.

From our animal mind, we have a desire for food and prey, and a desire to avoid a predator that can harm us.
The prey can feed us, and the predator can eat us.

Anything that we focus on and do for a positive outcome is in our mind, and we suppress the fear of losing it—of not getting it.

Anything that challenges us in life is interpreted as a predator, and we suppress the emotions that contradict a positive outcome.

We try to avoid pain or seek pleasure.

You can't separate the two poles of positive fantasy and phobia.
Everything has two sides, and both have the same size.
AND WE MUST ALWAYS SEE BOTH SIDES!

If we embrace both sides, then we are neutral. We don't fear the loss or resent the gain.
Only then do we gain objectivity and have peace of mind. This also means that our support is equal to our challenge.

If we integrate both poles and dissolve the positive fantasy and phobia, we enter the state of unconditional love—love unites both poles.

Our fear tells us that we have a polarized perspective, and that we need to unite or neutralize it.

Our highest ambition should be love—or neutrality.

If we face fear or phobia, we ask questions about the upside until we become neutral.
The same is true if we have a positive fantasy—we ask questions about the downside until we become neutral.

Buddha interprets both poles as suffering. Every ambition to gain something, or fear of losing something, is suffering. Normally we have both pain and pleasure, but we don't seek them.

As long as we seek pleasure, we fear not getting it.
Every ambition has a downside.

The more we look for the positive side, the more the brain shows us the negative aspects.

Your phobia is your friend, because it shows you the downsides—and because you are not being objective about the illusion of your fantasies.

Only when you are neutral can you truly love.
In every relationship, we have both sides. If we embrace what we don't like and don't magnify what we love about that person, our relationship problems are solved—and we gain real love. Instead of only loving that person when they do what we want.
